📌 1. General Provisions

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use 988jl in any capacity. Accessing any part of the 988jl platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting our support team.

988jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 988jl will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory authority, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of 988jl after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

988jl operates as an online gaming platform providing casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting to eligible Filipino players. The platform is designed, maintained, and operated with Filipino players as the primary audience, and all services are provided in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use 988jl. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. 21+

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

988jl's services are primarily directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 988jl makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on 988jl, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 988jl employee or contractor;
• Not have a previously suspended or permanently banned account on 988jl;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register or PAGCOR exclusion list;
• Agree in full to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on 988jl. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 988jl employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Breach of this policy may result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

988jl is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be asked at any time to provide supporting documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (SSS, UMID, passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

👤 3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 988jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor allow any other person to access or use your account. 988jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify 988jl support immediately at [email protected]. 988jl recommends enabling OTP (one-time password) verification as an additional layer of account security.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information held on your 988jl account is accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to the support team promptly. 988jl reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

3.3 Account Currency

988jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 988jl reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior notification to the registered email address. Account balances will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

988jl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Direct, and other methods as listed in the Wallet section of the platform. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 988jl targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers, subject to the receiving bank's processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Wallet section.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

988jl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The platform complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. 988jl may request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

988jl offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published alongside each promotion on the 988jl platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

988jl employs systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements, or engaging in coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses voided, and any winnings derived from abusive play forfeited.

5.4 Promotional Changes

988jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in use, except where required by law or regulatory direction.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 988jl is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game's specific rules shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games on 988jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for slot games within each game's information panel.

6.3 Malfunction & Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game error that results in an incorrect outcome or odds being displayed, 988jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. Winnings arising from an obvious technical error are not valid and may be reclaimed by 988jl. 988jl's decision on such matters is final.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games on 988jl and are displayed within each game. 988jl reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual players or games at any time, particularly where unusual patterns of play are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 988jl:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point thereafter;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or place wagers on the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform;
• Accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 988jl staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 988jl's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, any use of the platform, or any promotion shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 988jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

988jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if 988jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

988jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 988jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, and regulatory actions. 988jl shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

🔴 11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 988jl account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by 988jl

988jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• Suspected problem gambling or identification on an exclusion register;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Direction by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
• For any other reason at 988jl's sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all bonus balances and pending bonus offers are immediately forfeited. Your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall continue to apply.

🏛️ 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to 988jl's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal customer support process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
